The school is open to both Iberian and international PhD students and young researchers

Currently enrolled as a graduate student in any phase of training, or first or second-year postdoctoral researcher or technician/engineer with MSc.
Background: majoring in physics with an emphasis on astrophysics, geophysics, and space physics, or experienced in at least one of these areas.

Cover letter briefly stating motivation for application, and stating if financial support is needed and the justification. Travel support is only available for developing countries.

One reference letter from the supervisor or academic staff who know the applicant personally
Only full applications that include (1) the on-line application form, (2) pdf file(s) with CV, a cover letter and a reference letter (the file name(s) must include the applicant name) sent to i4s.summerschool@gmail.com will be considered.
Financial support:
No registration fees.
Accommodation costs will be announced until mid-May on the website (approx. 55€/day).
Limited accommodation support will be provided for students.
Limited travel support is also available for students from developing countries.
